Closing Information

• The PAMS office will accept emailed requests. pamsfaync@gmail.com 
• Once an order is received, all follow-up questions, additional information must be requested 

$150 each. Delivery is by the end of the 5th business day after an order has been placed and paid in full. 

• An update applies to the same transaction, whereas the property address, buyer, seller, and attorney remain the same. 
• An update needed within 30 days of the original order is free. 
• An update needed within 31-60 days of the original order will be $50. 

There is a $200 transfer fee paid to PAMS Management, PO BOX 53081 Fay, NC 28305
